Where is ENTERYOURDAY available?

ENTERYOURDAY is exclusively sold online at www.enteryourday.com.

What are your business hours?

ENTERYOURDAY is based in the Philippines.

Monday – Friday: 9AM – 5PM (GMT+8)

Closed on Weekends & Public Holidays

Christmas & Holy Week Holidays are observed.

ORDERING

Do I need to make an account to shop online?

You don’t need an account to shop online.

You can sign in as a guest at the checkout page and proceed accordingly.

But it would be easier to make your future transactions by having an account with ENTERYOURDAY.

How are my orders processed?

We will process your order once we receive the payment.

Orders received before 10AM (GMT+8) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will begin processing on the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Orders placed on Friday after 10AM (GMT+8) will be processed on the following business day.

However, orders that were placed during launches, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased volume.

Delivery times does not include Weekends and Public Holidays.

We will contact you with a follow-up email if the item you have selected is currently not in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Can I change or cancel my order(s) after payment has been made?

Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@enteryourday.com if you need to make any changes on your order(s). However, this is determined on a case by case basis.

You are NOT allowed to cancel your order(s). In case of cancellation, no refunds will be issued.

Why didn’t I get any confirmation email?

If your order(s) is(are) successful, you should receive an order confirmation in the email address you provided. Please check your spam mail if it’s not in your inbox. If still nothing, please send us an email at orders@enteryourday.com.

Can you do corporate orders?

What are your payment options?

I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I still pay using my Credit Card?

Yes, you may use your Credit Card even without a PayPal account.

Simply select PayPal as your preferred payment method at checkout.

And choose ‘Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card’.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will charge your credit card as soon as you place your order.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

We have a flat rate of PHP 100 for shipping within the Philippines.

Shipping fee is waived for orders worth PHP 2,500.

Where do you ship to?

We ship all of our orders nationwide.

When will you ship out my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after they are placed.

However, orders that were placed during launches, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased volume.

Delivery times DOES NOT include Weekends and Public Holidays. Orders placed after 10AM (GMT+8) on Friday will be shipped out on the next delivery day.

What are your shipping methods?

Can you do same day shipping?

Yes! Shipping fee to be shouldered by the buyer within NCR and Cavite.

Cut-off time is 10AM on the same day.

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately NOT YET! Please stay tuned.

How do I track my order(s)?

You can track your order(s) with the tracking information sent in your email or by logging in to your account on enteryourday.com.

You may also check our couriers’ respective websites with the tracking information sent in your email — JRS Express

What should I do if my order(s) is(are) lost or stolen?

If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Kindly send us an email at orders@enteryourday.com with your claim number so that we can work and solve this problem together.

Unfortunately, we are not liable if any order(s) is(are) lost or stolen.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

What is the return policy at ENTERYOURDAY?

You are only allowed to return a wrong or damaged product(s).

Returns because of personal reasons won’t be accepted (e.g incorrect choice of model, color, or size, etc.).

Product(s) returned must be in its original packaging – including box, leather case, plastic and tags intact.

Product(s) returned must be in its original condition - unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and unaltered.

Once you receive the product(s) and discover it was wrong or damaged, kindly send us an email at orders@enteryourday.com within 24 hours upon delivery and MUST include the following details.

1. Full Name

2. Order Number

3. Item(s) you would like to return

4. Reasons for return:

Wrong Product(s) - pls specify and attach a video

Damaged Product(s) - pls specify and attach a video

Please ship the product(s) back to us within 7 days after you received it. Once your product(s) is(are) received, inspected and verified, we will notify you if your return is accepted or rejected.

If the return is accepted, the exchanged product(s) will be dispatched within 3 business days.

ENTERYOURDAY reserves the right to reject returned product(s) that do not comply with the terms stated above and will proceed with sending the product(s) back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

What is your return shipping policy?

All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by ENTERYOURDAY at own cost. We will refund the cost of delivery once the returned product(s) is(are) accepted.

We bear no responsibility for the loss of the product(s) being returned. So we recommend that you return it using our official courier JRS Express.

Kindly ensure that you repack the product(s) carefully and purchase insurance in order for the product(s) to be covered for any damage which might occur.

All returns/replacements MUST include the sales invoice. And please indicate ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the parcel.

Do you accept refunds?

ENTERYOURDAY DOES NOT give refunds for any reason. Upon making your payment, you agree that products you return are only allowable for exchange to a similar item.
